Every young person holds incredible potential. Unfortunately, alcohol or other drug addiction can keep them from ever realizing it. Our Wai Rhun program specializes in giving young people a fresh start and the tools to become their best. Wai Rhun provides adolescents with a state of the art, comprehensive, holistic 12-step based program designed to meet the unique needs of each young person. We treat each youngster with respect and our program is based on a reward system, not a punishing system. Positive motivation with a good dosis of responsibility helps our young clinets regain self esteem which is essential to make a turn around in their attitudes. TREATMENT OF TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS

We know that teens and young adults are most open to change when treated in an environment of dignity and respect. Our structured, yet nurturing environment encourages personal growth and responsibility. We believe that openness, honesty, respect and responsibility are essential principles to instill in adolescents, which will guide them to better and healthier choices and actions. All Wai Rhun participants are provided with an individualized therapy plan. Each individual program is designed and implemented by our professionals to maximize the teens' potential by identifying the underlying causes of addiction and troubled behavior. Therapy by experienced, accredited therapists. Puberty in conjunction with alcohol and/or other chemical use can have complex emotional roots which require equally complicated interventions and treatments. That is why at Wai Rhun all therapy sessions are conducted byexperienced therapists. At Wai Rhun we utilize a wide array of therapies including participation in 12-step meetings (AA or NA) outside of our facility.

TEEN Aftercare Program

Safe Havens is committed to helping you, even after you leave our facility. You will begin to develop a unique plan that will help you to address complex challenges and situations that may affect your sobriety when you return home. While you are undergoing treatment at our facility, you will work directly with our counselors to develop a personalized aftercare plan that is unique to your own situation and needs.

  • A personalized relapse prevention plan,

  • Contact info about your local 12-step selfhelp meetings (AA/NA).
